Me?
I am a tech enthusiast with a love of computers, gadgets and Emacs. Fiddling with a piece of code while listening to classic rock is a favorite past time.
Oh, the platforms I use these days is a couple of M1 Macs running macOS, alongside a Dell running Linux Mint, and a bunch of virtual machines with various Linux and *BSD flavors, quite a few Raspberries, and even a couple of Kubernetes installs. Many of my posts probably implicitly assume this setup. Caveat Emptor.
In my other life (i.e., when the Sun is still up, and many a times when it is not), I architect enterprise IT systems (no, I don’t have pointy hair). Technology, process and organizational dynamics, and the pursuit of “perfection” keep me busy.
